ADAPT Human Performance Forum #2
Keynote Speaker: Leon Smith OBE
Jan 23, 2018 Melbourne
ADAPT were delighted to host at the start of 2018 yet another successful Human Performance Forum with keynote speaker and guest, Leon Smith OBE.
Leon is the Great British Davis Cup Captain who led his team to the world title in 2015 for the first time in 75 years. Leon gave an honest, upfront and exciting presentation on attracting, recruiting and developing a world no.1 team of high performing members. Leon talked us through his journey taking the team from the brink of relegation, off the back of 5 straight defeats to winning the world title. It was the ultimate underdog tale that had our client partners absolutely captivated and hopefully provided some ideas for their own day to day leadership development.
Key leadership insights included:
· Players are front line, but your operation staff are key to sustainable success.
· Make use of specialists – key appointments on demand.
· Create an inspirational environment for your team.
